Two Truths offers a neutral, independent,
3rd party mediator to guide communication, understanding and resolution between parties.
Meditation brings people together to talk, listen, and find solutions. It creates settings where people can step out of their corners, rather than be pushed into them.
Throughout this process it is the the participants who make the decisions and retain the power. Mediation is about self-determination. It is you, not an outside judge, who decides the outcome. Although an understanding of and background in litigation and judicial remedies informs our approach at Two Truths Mediation, the mediator will not be acting as an attorney for either party or serving in a legal capacity at all - a mediator is neither a judge nor an arbitrator - unless requested to serve such a role by all parties. Instead, the mediator is an impartial facilitator of communication who addresses each participants’ particular needs and provides the time and means to calmly move through the different issues at hand in order to develop solutions.
We create a pressure free and participant driven environment where people come together to hear and understand each other in order to find a practicable, shared and mutually acceptable path forward.
